Andy Fracica has over 30 years of sales, marketing, technical training, and product management experience in the heating ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) industry. He concentrates on helping entrepreneurs find their voice in an ever increasingly crowded market place.

Before founding Fracica Enterprises, Inc., Andy was the director of marketing at WaterFurnace International in Fort Wayne, IN a leading manufacturer of geothermal heat pumps. While at WaterFurnace, Andy designed marketing strategies that used consumer and trade PR along with social media, and search engine marketing as a cost effective way to drive brand awareness and helped increase sales by 55% within 24 months. He implemented industry leading lead generation programs that produced qualified leads at over 10 times the industry average.

Prior to joining WaterFurnace, Andy was a Brand Manager for York International and Johnson Controls Inc., a manufacturer of residential and commercial HVAC products, where he created integrated marketing strategies for trade and consumer advertising utilizing print, radio, television, direct mail, trade shows, and public relations that increased consumer market share from 6% to 13%. In addition, he trained and developed dealers & distributors and successfully conceived innovative co-op and incentive programs.

Andy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix in Oklahoma City where he graduated with honors. He also earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in Indianapolis. He is a member of the American Marketing Association and the American Management Association.
